Broadway Ave Meridian, ID 83642 RE: Millwood Subdivision—Roadways&Groundwater Elevations Dear Mr. Stewart: Please accept this letter as the certification that the design roadway centerline elevations relative to the maximum groundwater table elevations at Millwood Subdivision, located at 1975 E Victory Road (PIN S1129223095 are greater than 3-ft in separation.). On May 5, 2022, MTI conducted two test pit investigations on the project site. The first test pit did not find groundwater in a pit advanced to 14.8-ft below ground surface (bgs). The second test pit found groundwater at 5.7-ft bgs. The proposed roadways for this project are entirely in fill condition which means that the proposed centerline elevations will not be within 3-ft of known seasonal high groundwater elevation. Therefore, based on the above information, I certify that the groundwater would be greater than three (3)feet below the designed finish street centerline elevations through the project. Utilizing the project geotechnical report, design topographic surveying, the proposed construction documents, and site observations, I certify that the designed finish street centerline elevations maintains a minimum of 3-ft clearance to the maximum groundwater table, at all locations.
