This matter coming on regularly before the City Council on the 22nd day of October,
2002, upon the Applicant's time application for a one (I) year extension within which to submit
the Preliminary and Final Plat, which time extension for phase one was originally approved on
October 2,2001, as provided in {) 12-3-6 B, and good cause appearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND THIS DOES ORDER THAT:
The above named Applicant is granted a one (1) year extended period oftime until
October 22, 2003, of this Order within which to submit the Preliminary and Final Development
Plan Plat for the above entitled subdivision application.
By action of the City Council at its regular meeting on the t2-~ day of
