Dear Committee members,
My name is Jeff Luckey. I am a future resident of THE KEEP at the intersection of Lake Hazel and Eagle Roads.
I wish to express my support for the development of THE KEEP WEST. The diversity in housing expressed by The City
Council and then implemented by your committee is to be held in high regard. In support of this objective is the need for
Low Density Housing, which I believe the numbers will demonstrate there is a shortfall of. Now, here we are seeking
approval of THE KEEP WEST. Land designated as medium density, yet this developer, Jarron Langston, is seeking
approval for THE KEEP WEST as a low density solution.... an admirable quest that I support with conviction.
What I do not agree with is the proposed street connectivity plan that connects THE KEEP WEST with Brighton, and then
to Discovery Park. As such I respectfully ask you for the opportunity to express my concerns via ZOOM on March 7th at
the Planning and Zoning Committee meeting. I am not in town and cannot attend in person, yet feel this is a very
important topic. Please consider this request.
