Hi Sonya,
We will need to request for our public hearing to be continued to March 12. ACHD is still reviewing our application and
has not produced the report required by Idaho Code. As I understand, ACHD have indicated that their review of the
application is complete but still needs to be drafted into a report which will not occur prior to scheduled hearing.
