Driveway Median, Meridian Carl's Junior Restaurant
Dear Mr. Jones:
The is letter is to affirm the directions I gave you regarding the median in the Meridian Road driveway of the
planned Carl's Junior Restaurant. Per our discussion on 10/29/02, the median should extend approximately
55 feet from the back of the sidewalk along the centerline of the driveway. This should control access to the
Taco Bell drive-thru without unduly restricting traffic flow within the parking areas as requested by the City of
Meridian. The median must not extend into the sidewalk area of the driveway along Meridian Road. The
island should be painted with reflective traffic paint and have 24" delineators installed at each end and at the
midpoint to aid in visibility to drivers.
