Berg, Ir. - lty Clerk, Brad Hawkins-Clark, Gary Smith, Walt Morrow From: Wm. F. Nichols~~~ /"' `' Subject: Walt Morrow Appeal -Case No. AP-Ol-00 Date: November 4, 2002 We have reviewed Mr. Morrow's letter of October 18, 2002, which was received by the City Clerk on October 22, 2002. In the letter, Mr. Morrow. objects to the portion of the Findings set forth as item number 2. He has attached a copy of those provisions to his letter. The intent of Finding number 2 was to reflect the reasons set forth by the former Planning and Zoning Administrator, and the Public Work's Director, regarding the Stop Work Order. Essentially, this Finding reflects the concerns of City staff when the Stop Work Order was issued. Mr. Morrow disagreed with their concerns, which is why the matter was presented to Council for decision. I suggest that the Findings and the Order on Appeal stand as written. I note from observing the actual building as constructed, that it is not your typical agricultural building, and will likely be amenable to industrial use in the future.
