Development Agreement (DRAFT FORM)
Requesting Time Extension:
Application: Development Agreement Modification
Cole Valley Christian Schools is requesting a time extension to the current "DRAFT"
Development Agreement approval process due to delays in obtaining the legal agreements
with the land swap associated with the extension of Owyhee Storm Avenue on the south west
side of the parcel.The required legal documents are still being process at this time.
Section 6. Compliance Period of the Draft Development agreement requires the Agreement to
be fully excuted within six(6)months after the date of Findings for the annexation and rezoning
or it is null and void.
The six month time period will end January 25, 2024. We are requesting an additional 6 months
to allow for the necessary land swap agreements to be finalized.
