This letter is to provide certification for Foxcroft Subdivision No. 2 that all finished ground
elevations within the parking area are set a minimum of three(3) feet above the highest established
groundwater elevations.This information is based on a geotechnical report[including groundwater
monitoring] from Site Consulting, LLC dated March 10, 2021.
