Yes that we have to substantially comply with the conceptual development plan and complying with the design
standards (which I think we already meet as we designed with any eye toward the code)? Then yes, obviously some
parking might shift around or the building footprint might change a little or windows could move but in general I have
spent a ton of time trying to make this work and get it right with our civil team from a building square footage
standpoint and parking standpoint so we would be ok with it.
