Hello Committee Members,
Thank you for taking the time to read this and listen to our concerns. We are homeowners in The Keep subdivision in S Meridian. We completed
our custom dream home in 2021 and hope to stay here for many more years to come. It has been brought to our attention that CBH is planning on
rezoning the adjacent land from Medium Density to High Density. We urge the city to reconsider this proposal and explore alternative, more
sustainable development options that prioritize the well-being of our community. Public input and collaboration in the planning process are essential
to ensure that any future developments align with the needs and desires of the existing residents. We speak for ourselves and our neighbors when
we say that we strongly oppose this. This would only benefit CBH and negatively impact all the families that live here and in the surrounding new/old
subdivisions. The list is long as to why we oppose but for starters this will greatly impact traffic, safety, property values and the beauty of the
surroundings. All of these things have the potential to lower the desirability of this beautiful area we call home.
Thank you for your time and consideration of these concerns. We trust that the city will carefully evaluate the potential impacts of the proposed
development on our neighborhood.
Andrew and Corie Williams
