These condifrons shall be considered in fold, unless expressly modified or deleted by motion 17f the Meridian City Council: APPLICATION SUMMARY & BACKGROUND The applicant, Heartwood LLC, has requested approval of a one year time extension for beginning construction on the subdivision improvements and recording the Final Plat for Heartwood Subdivision (a two parcel, I-L zoned subdivision, located on the N.W. corner of Franklin and 10t~. The applicant submitted the request for the time extension within one year of the original approval (October 16, 2001), as required by the MCC.
