The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced application(s) and has the following comments:
1. This project does not abut the State Highway system.
2. No direct access to the State Highway system is requested with this application and none is approved.
3. ITD does not object to the construction of Ultra Clean as presented in the application as long as the impact to
SH-55 (Eagle Rd) are minimal.
