This letter is to confirm that the City of Meridian's City Council approved the
Final Plat Modification (to eliminate the perimeter fenCing adjacent to the
common areas, and fencing to be installed at th.e time of construction and to
be the preference of the homeowner) for the subject property at their August
22, 2006 meeting.
