Re: Request for a One Year Time Extension for the Recording of the Heartwood
Subdivision Final Plat, for Heartwood LLC (File No. TE-02-006).
We have reviewed the above-referenced submittal and offer the following comments, as
conditions of the applicant. These conditions shall be considered in full, unless expressly
modified or deleted by motion of the Meridian City Council:
APPLICATION SUMMARY & BACKGROUND
The applicant, Heartwood LLC, has requested approval of a one year time extension for
beginning construction on the subdivision improvements and recording the Final Plat for
Heartwood Subdivision (a two parcel, I-L zoned subdivision, located on the N.W. corner of
Franklin and 10th).
The applicant submitted the request for the time extension within one year of the original
approval (October 16, 2001), as required by the MCC.
RECOMMENDATION
Planning and Zoning staff have no objection to the requested time extension, and recommend
approval of the requested one year time extension.
