Good Morning,
After careful review of the transmittal submitted to ITD on January 30, 2024 regarding Watts Meridian
Medical Partners MDA H-2023-0075, the Department has no comments or concerns to make at this
time. The closest state facility is the I-84/Eagle Rd Interchange. This change in this Development
Agreement will not cause a major impact to that interchange.
