Hello!
After careful review of the transmittal submitted to ITD on January 24, 2024 regarding Cityside Storage
CUP MDA H-2023-0058, the Department has no comments or concerns to make at this time. This
application stated in the provided narrative that no access to SH-55 (Eagle Rd) is planned.
Additionally, storage units do not tend to generate impactful traffic during peak hours and therefore
a TIS review will not be needed at this time. If plans change and an access is requested at another
time, ITD will require to review a TIS as well as provide comments that may include the
recommendation for mitigations.
