After careful review of the transmittal submitted to ITD on January 24, 2024, regarding Everbrook
Academy CUP H-2023-0051, the Department has no comments or concerns to make at this time. This
proposed Daycare is greater than 2 miles from both SH-69 and the I-84/Eagle Interchange. Minimal
impact can be anticipated.
