Hi Sonya,
Thank you again for the conversa?on this morning.
As we discussed, we are in agreement with the staff report with the excep?on of one item that we would request be re-
considered. Under the preliminary plat condi?ons item 2.1 g, a local roadway is requested between the property owners
home and the church. This is highly undesirable to the exis?ng home site and the church. To address the concerns and
as an alternate condi?on, we would suggest that the geometry of lot 2 (exis?ng home) be modified slightly to become a
flag lot that would eventually take permanent access from future local Street K as depicted on the a?ached exhibit, and
that temporarily access for lot 2 will be through the church lot and its access to the residen?al collector road. No direct
access to the residen?al collector is allow from lot 2. We would also be required to provide the necessary temporary
access easements and would further be required to meet the fire departments requirements for access and circula?on
to enable proper protec?on of the exis?ng home. The temporary access use would sunset upon the recorda?on of the
future plat crea?ng local Street K.
We greatly appreciate considera?on of this important item. We can discuss further as needed.
Best regards,
John Rennison
