After careful review of the transmittal submitted to ITD on January 22, 2024, regarding Nine Mile Creek
Bungalows SHP-2023-0003, the Department has no comments or concerns to make at this time. The
applicant is only proposing four residences and the location is outside of the impact area, therefore
minimal impact is anticipated.
