Hi Linda - Thanks for checking for me. I realize this is the final plat application. Generally, we do not have any comments for final plats because they have already gone through the review process. However, ITD never received the TIS that we requested in our comments to the City last January. I thought that I may have had to reserve comments until we were able to review a TIS. Fortunately, upon further review of the location, I've determined that a review of the TIS is not needed, and the Department has no comments or concerns to make at this time in regard to Artisan Victory Market FP-2023-0026. Niki, I don't see anything from ITD saying they do not need this report. Unfortunately this project has been under review by numerous staff and I am the final reviewer. However, it appears that a TIS was done and submitted to ACHD. The City does not have a copy of the TIS but you could probably do a records request and get it from ACHD. I have attached the staff report from ACHD for this project in which they reference the TIS. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
