Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,February 20,
2024 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave.
Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the following request(s):
SHP-2023-0006 Robertson Square Subdivision: Short
Plat to subdivide the property consisting of 0.43 acres of land
into two (2) building lots in the R-15 zoning district for Rob-
ertson Square Subdivision, located at 588 W. Broadway Ave.
Applicant:Tamee Crawford,Centurion Engineers, Inc.
H-2023-0061 Pathways: Annexation of 1.11 acres of land
with an L-O zoning district and a Conditional Use Permit for an
education institution that takes access from an arterial street
without a safe, separate pedestrian and bikeway access be-
tween the neighborhood and the school site,located at 965 E.
