After careful review of the transmittal submitted to ITD on January 18, 2024, regarding Whitecliffe
Estates Sub No. 3 VAC H-2023-0065, the Department has no comments or concerns to make at this
time. The application is for vacation of a side yard easement which will not affect transportation.
