Last night we held the neighborhood meeting for the proposed Everbrook Academy on East Amity Road. The
meeting notices were sent to the mailing list we were provided (copy attached) and the meeting was held, via
Zoom, from 6-7p.m. Mountain Time (7-8 p.m. central time)
The meeting room was opened at 5:50 p.m. Mountain Time. John Roe, a resident at 4993 South Hill Farm
Lane join the meeting at 6 p.m. with his wife (did not get her name). We waited until about 6:10 and nobody
else joined.
I reviewed the plans with Mr. Roe, walked him through the operations (number of students, operating hours,
staff, etc.) We reviewed the Site Plan and the proposed elevations. Mr. ROe stated that he is hoping for a
restaurant and/or coffee shop on the development but acknowledge that the daycare use is a good fit.
He left the meeting at 6:20 p.m. I stayed on the meeting until 6:58. No other participant joined. I am
attaching photos of my computer screen to show there are no participants.
Please let me know if you need any other verification or information regarding this meeting. We will now
move forward to the CUP Application for this project.
