SUBJECT: NINE MILE CREEK BUNGALOW FINISH CENTERLINE
ELEVATION STATEMENT
City of Meridian
We are in receipt of a geo-technical engineering report from Atlas dated September
11, 2023.
The report from Atlas indicates that groundwater is anticipated to remain greater
than 20 feet below ground surface throughout the year.
2 test pits were dug on the project site.The following identifies the relevant
elevations from the report and construction plans:
Existing ground Elev. Groundwater Elev.
Test Pit 1 2639 Not encountered
Test Pit 2 2639 Not encountered
The lowest design elevation of the common driveway is 2639.85.
Based on the above information the finish centerline elevations are set a minimum
of twenty feet above the highest anticipated normal groundwater elevation.
