Eagle Road.The site encompasses 13.60 acres. The Artisan Victory Market project has received approval on prior applications which include the following: Annexation,Conditional Use Permit,Preliminary Plat, and Private Street. Amenities: Artisan Victory Market includes generous amenities and essential connectivity that supports the live, shop, dine, play,and work in-close-proximity model. Roads and pathways integrated throughout the development connect to already developed communities surrounding Artisan Victory Market, increasing accessibility and livability. Conformance with all requirements and provisions of the UDC have also been met. We will continue to conform with all acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices, and local standards as well. Bailey Engineering is pleased to submit this application and associated documents to the Meridian City Planning Division for review.
