To Whom it May Concern:
The roadway centerline elevations at the Artisan Victory Market Subdivision, located in the SW
1/4 of the SW '/4 of Section 21, Township 3N, Range IE, B.M., Meridian, Ada County, Idaho have
been designed a minimum of three (3) feet above the highest established groundwater elevations.
This is based on review of the geotechnical investigation report by Allwest, dated March 25, 2022
and subsequent groundwater monitoring reports.
