SUBJECT Final Plat I Slatestone
Dear Staff and City Council Members,
Ardurra, on behalf of the owner Brady Lasher, respectfully submit the enclosed Final Plat
application for Slatestone Subdivision located North of Victory, West of S Stoddard at 2707 S
Stoddard Rd. The corresponding parcel number for this application is S1224315100. This plat
has been submitted per the City of Meridian's Zoning Code.
Slatestone Subdivision, Phase 1 includes 12 single-family residential lots and 4 common lots on
3.395 acres.
The presented final plat meets and conforms to all requirements outlined within the preliminary
plat and conditions of approval. The plat currently conforms to all requirements and provisions of
the UDC, Engineering, architectural, surveying and locals standards.
The approved rezone to R-8 can be located through file number: H-2022-0039. The instrument
number for the Development Agreement Attached to this development is 2023-001840.
