SUBJECT: Slatestone Subdivision
To whom it may concern:
This letter is to provide certification for Slatestone Subdivision that all street finished
centerline elevations are set a minimum of three (3) feet above the highest established
groundwater elevations. This information is based on the geotechnical report by
GeoTek dated April 18, 2022 as well as groundwater monitoring reporting dated
December 5, 2022.
