Good morning Jarron,
We can provide a name reservation for"Keep Subdivision No 2"
The following information is also required prior to reserving a name;
• The name and contact information for the Owner
• The name and contact information for the Developer
• The name of the Professional Land Surveyor and firm that will be in responsible charge of the plat
If the owner entity is different than the first phase then a recorded Permission to use Sub Name will be required
from the owner entity of the first phase; attached is a fillable PDF,word doc, and a recorded example.

The primary name "Knightsbridge" has previously been recorded, and cannot be reserved for this project.
Since this will be a continuation of Keep Sub, as stated in your email,you could continue as Keep Sub No. 2,
or could use the primary name Keep with a unique secondary name, like Keep Estates Sub, as long the same
entity is signing the plat as owner or you get a signed and recorded permission to use the primary name
"Keep"from the owner entity shown on Keep Sub.
