UsestandardCitytemplateforpublicaccesseasement.Submitalleasementdocumentsonline through/źƷźǩĻƓ͸ƭAccessPortal. 3. Constructmultiusepathwaysperpavingsectionbasedonexistingsiteconditionsas recommendedbyprojectcivilengineerinaccordwithUDC113A8and113B12.Priortofinal approval theğƦƦƌźĭğƓƷ͸ƭengineershallprovidewrittendocumentationthatthepathway segmentwasconstructedpertherecommendedspecifications. 4. Theowner(orrepresentativeassociation)ofthepropertyaffectedbyeachpublicaccess easementshallhaveanongoingobligationtomaintainthemultiusepathway. 5.
