Theprojectdevelopershalldesignandconstructmultiusepathwaysconsistentwiththelocation andspecificationssetforthintheMeridianPathwaysMasterPlanMapandMasterPathways PlanDocumentChapter3).Anyproposedadjustmentstopathwayalignmentshallbe coordinatedthroughthePathwaysProjectManager. 2. Priorto FinalApproval,theapplicantshallconstructaЊЉ͸detachedsidewalkalongLakeHazel forthelengthoftheprojectfrontage.Submitapublicpedestrianaccesseasementifthepathway fallsoutsideofthepublicROW.Ifrequired,uploadeasementdocumenttoAccelaforreview, Councilapprovalandsubsequentrecordation.Theeasementshallbeofsufficientwidthto provideforaЋ͸shoulderbeyondthepavedportionofthepathway. UsestandardCitytemplateforpublicaccesseasement.Submitalleasementdocumentsonline through/źƷźǩĻƓ͸ƭAccessPortal. 3. Constructmultiusepathwaysperpavingsectionbasedonexistingsiteconditionsas recommendedbyprojectcivilengineerinaccordwithUDC113A8and113B12.Priortofinal approval theğƦƦƌźĭğƓƷ͸ƭengineershallprovidewrittendocumentationthatthepathway segmentwasconstructedpertherecommendedspecifications. 4. Theowner(orrepresentativeassociation)ofthepropertyaffectedbyeachpublicaccess easementshallhaveanongoingobligationtomaintainthemultiusepathway. 5. Projectdevelopershallberesponsibleforobtaininglicenseagreementandotherpermission(s) asrequiredforconstructingwithinirrigationdistricteasements. 2¤µȁ͵ͷȁͶͶȁͷͷ
