Subject: Proposed Short Plat Narrative
Robertson Square Subdivision

Dear Planning Division,
The project site is located at 558/604 W Broadway Ave. We propose to do a short plat and the
subdivision name to be Robertson Square Subdivision. The site is currently 1 lot approximately
.42 acre in size. We propose it to be split into 2 equal size lots. The site formerly contained a
single-family residence and is currently approved for a duplex. The duplex is currently under
construction. We propose a duplicate duplex be built on the new lot. The new lot and duplex
would facc and be addressed from W Idaho.
We will bc submitting both Design Review and Building Permit applications upon approval of
the final plat. We anticipate construction of the duplex to start immediately after approval of all
applicatior s.
All requirements and provisions of the UDC will be followed along with acceptable engineering,
architectural and surveying practices in conformance with City of Meridian and other Local
standards.
