The attached Exhibit more specifically identifies the requested area for relinquishment highlighted in blue. Idaho Power's review of your request indicated that we do not have facilities located within the requested area. As such, Idaho Power agrees to partially relinquish our interest in the PUE that lies along the north lot line of lot 8,block 4 retaining 5-foot of the PUE as shown in the Exhibit.
