RE: Graycliff Estates No. 5— Final Plat Application
Dear Planning Staff,
KB Home Idaho LLC hereby applies for final plat approval for Graycliff No. 5 Subdivision. This
plat is approximately 5.86 acres with 39 buildable lots and 2 common lots.
The preliminary plat was approved by Meridian City Council on September 22, 2015. This phase
is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat, thereby meets all the required conditions.
Phase 5 also meets all the requirements and provisions of the UDC and was prepared in
conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and standards.
Graycliff Estates has three (3) development agreements associated with this development. The
original DA instrument number is 2015-12095. It was modified in 2018 with instrument number
2018-086664 and again in 2020 with instrument number 2020-060784.
Amenities for the site have been completed in phase 1,this includes a pool and pool house with an
adjacent playground. Phase 5 will be our last and final phase for this development.
