Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Ordinances of the
City of Meridian, that a hearing will be held at the City Hall in
the City of Meridian, at the hour of 7:30 P.M.; on Monday,
June 4, 19735 for the purpose of annexing and zoning of the
following described property. Any and all interested parties
shall be heard at said meeting.
The following described property to be known as "Meridian
Investors Annexation" and to be zoned OV' industrial:
A portion of the W� of the SE-14 of Section 12, Township 3
North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 25 feet North 0°06' East of the
quarter section corner between Sections 12 and 13, T. 3N.,
R. 1W., B.M.; thence N. 0°06' East, 1420.8 feet to the
