Dear Sir:
In regard to property owned by the General Council Churches
of God, 7th, Day'. We wish to petition the City Council to admit
our property to be placed within the City limits.
The description of our property that we wish included is:
Two adjoining tracts of land situate in a portion of
the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 1, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise
Meridian, in Ada County, Idaho, and more particularly
described as follows:
One parcel hereinafter referred to as "PARCEL NO. 1":
Being a tract of land situate -in a portion of the
Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section
1, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, and more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, a
one-half inch diameter iron bar: thence South
894421 East 328.84 feet to a one-half inch
diameter X 24 inches long iron bar; thence South
0034' East 1074.55 feet to a one-half inch diameter
' 24 inches long iron bar; thence South 89' S8' East
163. 32 feet to a one-half inch diameter 1, 24 inches
long iron bar, the true point of beginning; thence
South 89° 58' East 163. 32 feet to a one-half inch
diameter X 24 .inches long iron bar; thence North
O0271 West 266.72 feet to a one-half inch diameter
