AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH,
RANGE 1 WEST, BOISE MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, WHICH �
PROPERTY IS ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.

WHEREAS, The City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, have concluded
that it is in the best interests to said City to annex to said City certain real
