Section I. Annexation Descri tion.
The NW 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 12, Township 3 North, Range 1 West,
Boise Meridian, Ada County, .Idaho. Containing 40 acres, more or less.
Section II. Possible Zoning Designations
(Dimensions used in the following descriptions are approximate
and will be refined upon completion of final plat.)
1• "A" Residential Zone.
A portion of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 12, Township 3 North,
Range 1 West, Boise, Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 12, T. 3 N., R. 1 W.,
B.M., Ada County, Idaho.
thence Southerly 265 feet, more or less, along the Westerly
boundary of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 said Section 12 to a point, which is the
REAL POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continuing Southerly 1059.5 feet, more or less, along the
Westerly boundary of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 said Section 12 to the Southwest
corner of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 said Section 12;
thence Easterly 1327.5 feet, more or less, along the Southerly
boundary of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 said Section 12 to the Southeast corner
of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 said Section 12;
thence Northerly 1325.5 feet, more or less, along the Easterly
boundary of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 said Section 12 to the Northeast corner
of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 said Section 12;
thence Westerly 876.3 feet, more or less, along the Northerly
boundary of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 said Section 12 to a point;
thence Southerly 265 feet, more or Less, along a line parallel to
and approximately 450 feet Easterly from the Westerly boundary of the
NW 1/4 NW 1/4 said Section 12 to a point;

thence Westerly 450 feet, more or less, along a line parallel
to and approximately 265 feet Southerly from the Northerly boundary
of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 said Section 12 to the real point of beginning,
comprising 37.3 acres, more or less.

(This area is a portion of the above described "A" Residential

thence Easterly 450 feet, more or less, along the Northerly boundary
of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 said Sectionl2 to a point, which is the REAL POINT
OF BEGINNING;
thence Southerly 505 feet, more or less, along a line parallel to
and approximately 450 feet Easterly from the Westerly boundary of
the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 said Section 12 to a point;
thence Easterly 398 feet, more or less, along a line parallel to
and approximately 505 feet Southerly from the Northerly boundary
of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 said Section 12 to a point;
thence Southerly 820 feet, more or less, along a line parallel to
and approximately 479 feet Westerly from the Easterly boundary of
the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 said Section 12 to a point on the Southerly boundary
of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 said Section 12;
thence Easterly 479 feet, more or less, along the Southerly

thence Westerly 876.3 feet, more or less, along the Northerly boundary

comprising 19.2 acres, more or less.
3. "C" Commercial Zone.
A portion of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 12, Township 3 North,
Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
