Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Ordinances of the
City of Meridian, that a hearing will be held at the City Hall in
the CitycE Meridian, at the hour of 8:00 P.M., on Monday, June 5,
1972, for the purposeof annexation and zoning of the following
described property. All interested parties shall be heard at said
hearing.
The following described property to be known as "Meridian
Manor Subdivision" and to be zoned "A" Residential:
A portion of the SW'k of the SEk and all of the Nk of the SEk of
Section 1, T. 3N., R. 1W., B.M., Ada County, Idaho, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a p&nt marking the Southwest corner of said SEk of
Section 1;
thence North 0005100" West 210.00 feet, more or less, along the
Westerly boundary of said SEk of Section 1, which is also the
Easterly boundary of the Catholic Rectory Annexation, Ordinance
No. 184, to the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continuing North 0°05'00" West, 2,437.98 feet, more or less,
along said Westerly boundary of the SEk of Section 1 to a point
marking the Northwest corner of said SEk;
thence South 89°51135" East 2,654.43 feet, more or less, along the
Northerly boundary of said SEk of Section 1 to a point marking the
Northeast corner of said SEk of Section 1;
thence South 0°05140" East 1,324.03 feet, more or less, along the
Easterly boundary of said Nz of the SEk of Section 1 to a point
marking the Southeast corner of said Nk of the SEk of Section 1;
thence North 89°48'50" West 2,185.55 feet, more or less, along the
Southerly boundary of said Nk of the SEk of Section 1, a portion

thence leaving said boundary of the West Cherry Lane Annexation

Easterly of and parallel to said Westerly boundary of the SE'k to a
point on the Northerly boundary of said West Cherry Lane

thence North 89°58' East 358,00 feet to the REAL POINT OF
BEGINNING. Containing 5 acres, more or less, excluding Nampa -
Meridian Irrigation District right-of-way.
