Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Ordinances of the
City of Meridian, that a hearing will be held at the City Hall in
the City of Meridian, at the hour of 7:30 P.M., on Monday,
October 2, 1972, for the purpose of annexing and zoning of the
following described property. Any and all interested parties
shall be heard at said hearing.
The following described property to be known as "Dowdle-Saundep
Annexation" and to be zoned "A" Residential:
A portion of Lot 1 of the Westlawn Subdivision according
to the official plat thereof on file in the Ada County
Recorder's Office, Boise, Idaho, more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning -.at --,a point on the mid-section line which bears
South, 299.18 feet from the Center of Section 12, T. 3N.,
R. 1W., B.M.; thence South along the Easterly edge of said
Lot 1, 390.82 feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-
way line of Broadway Avenue projected; thence S. 89°57'30"
------West r_along_sa d --r h.t,af-waw line, -164.98= feet_ to a_ point
on the Westerly right-of-way line of 8th Street projected;
thence North along said right-of-way line parallel to the
Easterly boundary line of said Lot 1, 390.82 feet to a
point on the Northerly right-of-way line of Idaho Avenue
projected; thence N. 89°57'30" E., along said right-of-way
line, 164.98 feet to the point of beginning. Containing
1.48 acres, more or less, subject to easements of record
or in use.
