Applications: annexation and zoning and preliminary plat
Highlights of Proposed Development: 42 building lots on 10.59 acres in proposed R-8 district.
Gross Residential Density: 3.92 units per acre (5.64 net density) NOW 2.43
Outstanding Tssue(s) for City Council: Applicant was to submit a revised plat for staff review that
removed all flag lots and that me the R-4 district standards.
