Description The applicant's request it to remove the requirement of developer installation of six-foot wrought
iron fencing adjacent to the common areas as proposed on the landscape plans. Instead, developer proposes the
fencing be installed by the builders at the time of residential construction, in order to give individual
homeowners abutting the common areas the option of installing and locating access gating, if so desired.
Fencing material will still be six-foot wrought iron. This is only a timing issue.
