Re. Matador Estates Subdivision Groundwater Elevation Cert.
To whom it may concern,
Based on test holes that were dug on site and the geotechnical investigation report that was
performed by Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC November 2 2020, It is my professional opinion that
the ground water elevation for Matador Estates Subdivision is 3 feet or more below the design
center line of the roadways. The geotechnical report states that the groundwater level is more than
20 feet below ground surface throughout the year.
