Land Use The Future Land Use Map of the Meridian Comprehensive Plan, as adopted by Ada County, designates the site as Medium Density Residential, which is primarily intended for single- family homes at densities of three to eight dwelling units per acre. As schools are intended to serve, and are compatible with residential areas,the proposed application is in compliance with the Comprehensive Plan. Comprehensive Plan Goals and Policies As the proposal is for a charter school,which is in close proximity to residential neighborhoods, it is supported by Goal 3.06.00: Ensure a variety and balance of land uses within the Area of City Impact. As well as Goal 2.03.01:Jointly plan and site schools and subdivisions to ensure mutual benefits, neighborhood identity, and community health. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
