Silverstone Subdivision
Dear Ms. Stiles:
Sundance Investments LLP requires modification of the originally approved Plat of Silverstone
Subdivision. The attached concurrent plat applications address parcels within the first phase and
are intended!O reconcile lot lines with specific building and site proposals within this
commercial/office development. The modifications are oonsistent with the approved Conditional
Use Permit, City of Meridian Zoning Ordinances, and Idaho State Land Codes.
A Lot Line Adjustment Survey for Silverstone SubdivisiooNo. I has been submitted to City of
Meridian. This Survey proposes a reallocation of the existiD8 six lots within the first phase of
Silverstone Subdivision. Silverstone Subdivision No, III would divide a portion of the first
phase, shown as Parcel A on the Lot Line Adjustment Survey, into an additional six lots,
In additiontot1ie lot line changes nOted above, the developer wishes to submit a Condominium
Preliminary/Final Plat application for the internal division of the existing building located on Lot
5, Block,l Silverstone Subdivision Goldstone Center Condominiums will provide individual
ownership for space within the building waIls. No changes are required to Lot 5. All zoning and
servicing requirements have already been met for this lot. The condominium C.C,&R's and
Declarations will address the management and other legal issues associated with this subdivision.
Attached, you will find the required submittals. The proposed applications will meet the design
standards of the Ada County Highway District, and the City of Meridian ordinance requirements.
The proposed use is in conformance with the City of Meridian's Comprehensive Plan.
