The attached concurrent plat applications address parcels within the first phase and are intended!O reconcile lot lines with specific building and site proposals within this commercial/office development. The modifications are oonsistent with the approved Conditional Use Permit, City of Meridian Zoning Ordinances, and Idaho State Land Codes. A Lot Line Adjustment Survey for Silverstone SubdivisiooNo. I has been submitted to City of Meridian. This Survey proposes a reallocation of the existiD8 six lots within the first phase of Silverstone Subdivision.
