FOR FILING THE
PRELIMINARY PLAT AND
FINAL PLAT
This matter coming on regularly before the City Council on the 3rd day of
April, 2001, upon the Applicant's time application for an extension within which to
submit the Preliminary Plat and Final Plat, due to signage and recordation of the final
plat originally approved April 14, 2000, as provided in § 12-3-6 B, and good cause
appearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND THIS DOES ORDER THAT:
The above named Applicant is granted a one (1) year extended period of time
until April 14, 2002, of this Order within which to submit the Preliminary Plat and
Final Development Plan Plat for the above entitled subdivision application.
By action of the City Council at its regular meeting on the 3,d day of April,
2001.
