Staff has been made aware that the applicant for the Mussell Corner Subdivision
Miscellaneous Application failed to post notice of the public hearing on the property
for the August 22, 2006, City Council hearing. Staff is requesting the Council
continue the public hearing for th.e Mussell Corner Subdivision Development
Agreement Modification (MI-06-00S) to September S, 2006, so the applicant
can place pUblic notice on the property.
