PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public
hearing on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave. Meridian
Idaho 83642 to hear the following request(s):
H-2023-0060 Daily Fit Body: Conditional Use Permit to operate an indoor recreation facility (personal
training facility) from Units 1, 3 and 5 for a total of 6,283 square-feet in an existing 20,203 square-foot
industrial builing on 1.41 acres ofland in the I-L zoning district, located at 1600 N. Linder Rd. Applicant:
Joseph Daily, Daily Fit Body
H-2023-0056 Rosalyn Subdivision Annexation of a 0.014-acre of land In Ada County to the R-8 zoning
district including the remaining portion of the E. Rosalyn Street cul-de-sac right-of-way, a Combined
Preliminary/Final Plat consisting of 7 residential building lots and 1 common lot on 0.733 acres in the R-8
zoning district and an Alternative Compliance to deviate from the common driveway standards in UDC
11-6C-3D1,, located at 200 E. Rosalyn Dr. Applicant: Givens Pursley, LLP.
MCU-2023-0008 Sulamita Church: Modified Conditional Use Permit (H-2018-0110) to allow one of the
existing structures on the site to remain for an additional two (2) years beyond the date of issuance of
the Certificate of Occupancy permit in order to continue the operation of a food pantry in the building,
located at 4973 W. Cherry Lane. Applicant: MMGC Sulamita
H-2023-0061 Pathways: Annexation of 1.11 acres of land with an L-O zoning district and a Conditional
Use Permit for an education institution that takes access from an arterial street without a safe, separate
pedestrian and bikeway access between the neighborhood and the school site, located at 965 E. Ustick Rd.
Applicant: Mussell Construction, Inc.
