I have a few comments on the staff report. They are as follows:
1. Conditions 1.1b and 1.2b require us to widen the landscape buffers along Records Way and Fairview Avenue.
a. In regards to the buffer along Records Way, we received Alternative Compliance in June of 2022 (A-
2022-0085) to reduce the buffer width along Records Avenue to 16 feet (see attached approval letter).
b. In regards to the buffer along Fairview Avenue, we have an approved CZC (A-2022-0147) and an
approved landscape plan that indicate approval of the Fairview landscape buffer, but with a condition
that we provide one additional foot in width in one specific spot near the corner of Records and Fairview
(see attached approval letter and approved landscape plan).

Attached is the staff report for Kleiner Adjacent Subdivision. This item is scheduled to be on the Commission agenda on
Jan. 4, 2024. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. You may attend
in person or virtually via Zoom – the link/phone number to join the meeting is located at the top of the meeting agenda.
Please call or e-mail with any questions.
Please submit any written response you may have to the staff report to the City Clerk’s office
(comment@meridiancity.org) and me as soon as possible. If you have a presentation you’d like to present at the public
hearing, please send it to the City Clerk’s office no later than 12:00 pm the day of the hearing.
