Dear Mr_ Berg:
T~e Idaho r~nsportation Department (ITO) appreciates the opportunity to
comment on the above referenced application.
With regard to ITO's recent adoption of a 45 mph speed limit on Eagle Rd,
applicant's request for a reMreview of, access on Eagle Road is yet to be considered
by the .chief engineer.
Attached are letters from [TD regarding conditions for Sadie Creek developments
for the. city ~o : consider. One of the 'letters indicated that applicanfs' request for a
right in/right out was denied by the chief engineer (letter 3/24/06). Also, an
apprt;lva! of a Va,riance still requires an approval of an access permit from ITO prior
to construction. The access penn it will have its own conditions.
