I. The proposed roadways and sidewalks meet the standards setforth by the City of Meridian
and Ada County Highway District.
2. The proposed final plat is in conformance with the City Zoning & Subdivision Ordinance and
Comprehensive Plan.
3. The proposed development will connect to City sewer and water facilities.
4. The final plat is in compliance with the approved preliminary plat and planned unit development
application. This application deviates from the approved phasing plan by modifying the
order of the phasing. We changed the phasing to make the connection between the two legs
of the collector. This allowed interconnection of Bridget ower Crossing No.2 and Bridgetower
Bridgetower Crossing No. I.
5. The final plat is in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying
practices and Ioeal standards.
6. The street names are in compliance with the comments of the Street Name Committee and the
City grid system.
7. All items on the final plat checklist are included.
